Our procurement team sends a request for quotation from an @aureliusindustrial.com address, with part numbers or a technical description, and quantities.
Offer
You reply in the same email thread with your offer.
Questions
We may send technical questions or ask about an equivalent.
Order
If your offer is selected, the order, payment and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before anything ships.
What to put in your offer
A complete offer means fewer emails for both of us.
- Unit price and currency
- Lead time
- Delivery terms (Incoterms) and shipping point
- How long the offer is valid
- Country of origin
- Datasheets, and certificates where they apply: declaration of conformity, calibration or test reports
- Warranty terms
No exact match?
Offer an equivalent with its datasheet and a line on how it differs. A clear "we can't supply this" helps too: we then close the request.
